研究方向

(1)紅外光同調斷層掃瞄系統利用紅外光以及同調斷層掃描技術(Optical Coherence Tomography, OCT)可以穿透部分牙組織,取得牙齦下牙表面的訊號,經由程式回歸真實位置後再組成三維數位模型,相較於目前市售口掃機,本系統可以在免排齦的情況下,取得製作贋復牙所需之完整磨牙外觀與邊界,結合三維列印系統,便可以發展出獨特的數位贋復製造流程。另外,此系統亦有牙病偵測之發展潛力,可以偵測牙齦下牙結石、二次蛀牙、牙齒微裂縫等不易從表面觀測之疾病。

(2)三維列印系統整合研究應用臨床牙醫,包含高分子列印的應用於臨時假牙、全口假牙、咬合板、手術導板;以及金屬列印應用於客製化人工牙根的開發,以解決牙床嚴重吸收而無法進行傳統植牙手術的患者進行全口重建。

免排齦口掃機  附研究方面之圖一張(電子檔)

OCT口內掃描影像沒有輻射的風險,藉由紅外線能穿透一定深度的組織取得立體影像,可用於檢測初期齲齒、臨接面齲齒、樹脂下齲齒、齒裂症、牙齦下結石、口腔黏膜活體切片影像;同時藉由光學修正可以精確取得牙齦下修磨邊界,完成免排齦3D建模。本研究以OCT影像搭配3D齒雕試做的臨時牙冠,可獲得密合度精準的邊界。
